There is a picture now trending on the social media, which shows the minister of the department of police in the Republic of South Africa Bheki Cele seen been saluted by police officers at the mall, next to ATM. Unfortunately people spotted that minister Bheki Cele kept his hands inside his trouser pockets which people find it disrespectful.
People were not happy with what minister Bheki Cele spotted doing. Comments:”How’s this for disrespect. Officers salute him and he stands there with his hands in his pocket. What kind of gangster does this.””He is undermining people this ugly Hawks”.
“To salute is not about individuals it’s about how much you respect your country Cele was told this when he became minister .He could be penalised for the rudeness he is showing the country . He is no patriotic type.
