An ex-secretary general of the African National Congress who was forced out of his office last year after criminal charges were brought against him. Istanbul-based company Bosphorus Yurt Isletmeciligi claims that the foundation of struggling African National Congress heavyweight Ace Magashle breached an agreement by failing to pay almost R1 million.
