Gaisang K. Noge is excited after she bagged herself the role of Naledi on The Wife season 3.
Noge, who last week made a return to the e.tv daily drama as vixen Mampho, is set to start filming her scenes with the hit Showmax series today.
Gaisang Noge recently opened up about her latest role as Naledi – Qhawe’s wife in Showmax’s hit telenovela – The Wife.

GAISANG NOGE AS NALEDI
House of Zwide actress Gaisang Noge – who plays the character of Mampho – has been revealed as Naledi – Qhawe Zulu’s wife in The Wife season three.
It’s Noge’s first day on the set of Showmax Original telenovela inspired by Dudu Busani-Dube’s bestselling novels.
According to Drum Magazine, Noge’s character – Naledi is a doctor who falls for Qhawe Zulu played by Kwenzo Ngcobo.
She is the third wife to join the show after Hlomu played by Mbali Mavimbela and Zandile played by Khanyi Mbau.
Naledi will learn that being in a relationship with a Zulu brother means loving all of his dark and tumultuous past just like Hlomu did with Mqhele and Zandile is doing with Nkosana.
As much as she will enjoy the trappings that come with being the wife of one of those rich, handsome, powerful, and dangerous men, she must also live with the inherent danger that remains.
The actress reveals that she has a connection with Kwenzo who plays Qhawe as he’s very kind and helpful in assisting her with anything Naledi and Qhawe related.
She was nervous about auditioning for the role because she loved Naledi as she’s sweet and loving.
Naledi expresses her love and isn’t afraid to give people her heart.
Noge adds that there was pressure for her to step into the role because it already exists and people love her already.
She also read the books and took a lot from the book: the essence of who she is, her mannerisms, the things that she does.
I started using nude nail polish because that’s what Naledi does. I’ll eat a certain type of food because she does that. I started copying a lot of the way she lives in my own life.
