Trevor Noah is a South African comedian, television host, actor, and political commentator. He is the host of The Daily Show, an American satirical news program on Comedy Central. Born in Johannesburg, Noah began his career in South Africa in 2002.

Trevor Noah Career
Trevor Noah started his career in 2002 at the age of 18. He had a role in an episode of Isidingo, A South African soap opera, which plays on SABC 3.
Trevor started hosting his show After having a glance at the entertainment industry, which is a South African radio station. He eventually stopped doing radio shows and acting to focus on comedy.
In his early stages in the industry, Noah performed with the likes of David Kau, Kagiso Lediga, Riaad Moosa, Darren Simpson, Marc Lottering, Barry Hilton, and Nik Rabinowitz, and international comedians such as Paul Rodriguez, Carl Barron, Dan Ilic, and Paul Zerdi.
t wasn’t long until Noah returned to hosting, and he became the host of an educational television program, Run the Adventure (2004 -2006) which aired on SABC 2. He moved into hosting The Real Goboza, a gossip show which aired on SABC and he was also co-hosting Siyadlala, a sports program that also aired on the same station’
He hosted the 3rd Annual South Africa Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs) in 2009, and during the same year, he co-hosted alongside Eugene Khoza, a reality competition called The Axe Sweet Life.
