Shona Ferguson, 47, a SA director, producer, actor and businessman is dead.
The star has on the Friday, 30th of July been said to pass away at the Milpark private hospital in Johannesburg after he was admitted last week after a chest pain attack.
Shona however, went into ICU after a heart surgery has been carried out on him after he was diagnosed of heart problems.
It has been confirmed by a close source to the family that Shona has actually passed away, as there’s an ongoing argument on whether it is true or not.
“I can confirm that he just died. Connie is busy with the funeral arrangements” the source said.
An official statement has also been released by Ferguson Films regarding the death of the Star. And contrary to the widely speculated opinion of his cause of his death being a heart operation, it has been confirmed Shona died due to Covid-19 complications.
“It is with great sadness that we confirm the passing of Mr. Shona Ferguson. He passed away at noon today (Friday 30 July 2021).”
“Mr. Ferguson’s untimely passing was due to Covid-19 related complication, and not a heart operation as reported in the media.” the report read.
