Prince Mshiyeni is a regional hospital in eThekwini. It is a 1 075 contains facility that serves the surrounding area, up to and including part of the Eastern Cape.

The hospital offers health services to the community at regional and district levels and has 17 clinics attached. The hospital is one of the sites for MTCT and has the largest crisis center – now called the ‘Place of Comfort’.
