Miss Teenager South Africa (MTSA) is a National Teenage Beauty Pageant, with a clear concept of empowering young ladies and developing the confidence they need to achieve their personal best. We believe that a confident girl has the power to make a real change, starting from her local community with the potential of reaching a global audience one day. We encourage every girl to step out of their comfort zone, to be themselves, and to continue defining what it means to be confidently beautiful. At Miss Teenager South Africa we are looking for a young girl who is ambitious, confident and an inspirational teenager who is a role model for all South African and African Youth.
These are the famous faces who will work together to decide who out next Miss South Africa will be.
The judging panel is Simphiwe Majola, Omuhle Gela, Doris Msibi, and Andries Du Preez.
The finale is taking place this Sunday 29th May 2022 at Emperors Palace.
Doris Msibi
Highly enterprising, multi-talented and experienced Branding and Professional Development Expert with an array of skills and experience covering Entrepreneurship, Coaching, Training, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), TV Presentation, and Motivational Speaking.
Doris has solid board and corporate governance skills having sat on various Boards as a Non-Executive Director, and a strong entrepreneurial flair having owned her own Professional Development Firm, Beauty Store and Brand Management companies.
She owns and manages The Image Firm a coaching, personal branding and training company and Women Affecting Change, a women empowerment company.
She draws from a rich background of Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Life Coaching, and being a CSR Executive and Recruitment Specialist.
She possesses well-developed communication, planning and organization skills, with a strong aptitude to motivate and train high-performance teams and individuals to transfer skills and execute strategies effectively.
Simphiwe Majozi
Simphiwe Majola is best described as a “Boutique agent” for developing Public Relations Strategies. Majola prides himself in creative media placements, and successful brand introductions and has extensive contacts with local and international media.
Simphiwe Majola has successfully launched numerous campaigns, from start-up companies, to well-established businesses.
Omuhle Gela,
Omuhle Gela is a South African actress famously known for her role, Busi Motsamai, on the SABC2 soap opera Muvhango, which has over 5 million viewers. She is also a model, fashion designer, and businesswoman.
The South African talent is also a fashion designer as well as an entrepreneur. In 2014, she started her swimwear range, Twenty Swimwear. She runs the business online, operating on a supply-demand basis.
Andries Du Preez
Experienced and commercially savvy CFO & Country Manager with a proven record of delivering stellar results in terms of increasing turnover and reducing costs. Accountable for multi-million Rand budgets, strategically allocating resources to meet and exceed financial goals consistently year on year. Responsible for multiple successful mergers and acquisitions, heading up the entire process from target identification to integration. Strong focus on building positive corporate culture. Thrives under pressure, without losing focus on the strategic goals.
OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE: Building departments and teams from the ground up, crafting company culture, creating a vision, developing policies, establishing goals and mitigating risks to ensure smooth operations and cost reductions.
