The independent panel that the South African Parliament tasked with determining whether the president of the country and the African National Congress had a case to answer regarding the PhalaPhala Farm Gate saga had completed its work.
It is unfortunate for President Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa who’s contesting for the second term as the head of the African National Congress has been found guilty of violating some laws.The Independent Panel found that president Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa has a case to answer.
Many people from opposition parties and also some members of the ruling party are reacting on the report.Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi also reacted by saying that, “No way Ramaphosa suppressed PhalaPhalaFarm investigation and recovery of his dollars alone! All police generals, captains, ministers and deputy ministers who assisted him in undermining South African laws and the Constitution must fall with him!”.
Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi also wants every person whom assisted president Ramaphosa in this matter to fall also.
