South African hip-hop sensation Patrickxxle surprises his fans with an infectious freestyle which he titles after his name ‘Patriki Freestyle‘
Biography
The Zambian-born but Johannesburg-raised rapper, singer, and producer who is mostly known for his honest, emotional, and deep lyrics, breaks onto the Soundcloud Rap scene in 2016 and quickly becomes the posterboy for a broken generation in South Africa. Rebelling against his strict parents, he drops out of university in pursuit of his music career and grows a loyal fan base for his “Punk Trap” sound, which he often complements with rock elements.
PatricKxxLee’s first studio album “Diary Of An Arsonist” gets released to much critical acclaim in 2017, and overnight Patrick gets catapulted to the forefront of new wave artists in South Africa, rallying a cult following around him that’s second none in the country. Known for his wild and energetic performances that often involve moshpits and crowd-surfing, he gets booked for some of South Africa’s most respected festivals, and with over a decade of Fruity Loops under his belt, the 22-year-old becomes a sought-after producer, working with some of the African continent’s biggest rappers, including Cassper Nyovest, M.I., and Ice Prince.
In early 2018, Patrick relocates to Asia for a creative residency and to collaborate with artists in the region for his next project. He currently calls Hong Kong home.

PatricKxxLee writes his own music, produces it, and records. He believes it’s a combination of the music and his team that got him where he is today. “The music spoke for itself and I have a really amazing team and manager that gave me a form of direction. So I owe it all to the music and my team. Your team becomes your family. It has brought structure to my life that I didn’t have before.”
