The news of the passing of Lindelani Engovhela, also known as “Mme a Muofhe,” who was married to comedian Livhuwani Maadzhe, also known as “Mukapteini SABC Livhu,” shocked everyone on social media on Saturday morning. People have been expressing their disappointment and anger that he may have killed her given the years-long allegations of abuse.

Images has emerged on social media where the alleged ditch photographed, it turns out that it is not that deep, you could see that an adult would not drown in it even if it has some water inside, this would confirm suspicions that suggests that maybe ‘Mme a Muofhe’ was actually dumped inside that ditch when she was already dead.The South African Police Services have confirmed that they have arrested a 38 year old suspect who was charged with the murder of his wife, he will make his first court appearance on Monday the 30th of January 2023 and a lot of social media users do not want him to get bail.

“The Police in Thohoyandou have arrested a 38-year-old man after the body of his wife was found in the water filled pit toilet ditch in their yard at Mangodi Ha Sidou, Saturday morning 28 January 2023,” the statement released by the SAPS reads.The real cause of death is yet to be known, post mortem results will confirm how Ṋengovhela died, whether she was already dead when she was dumped into that ditch or not, we wait for the forensic experts to do their work and release the report.
