Amapiano star DJ Jaivane arrested after firing guns at DJ Vintos’ burial

Amapiano artist, Luyanda “DJ Jaivane” Ndlovu has reportedly been arrested by the police after gun violation.

The artist alongside four others were arrested after firing guns during the burial of late Hector “DJ Vintos” Buthelezi at Westpark Cemetery in Joburg.

Lieutenant Colonel Mavela Masondo confirmed five suspects were arrested at Westpark on Sunday, 20 March.

He said: “The suspects are facing charges of possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition, as well as discharging a firearm in a public area. They are expected to appear in Brixton Magistrates Court soon.”

DJ Vintos who was buried by friends and family members got killed by unknown gunmen last Sunday in Orlando East, Soweto.
