Zuma expected to appear in Court Tomorrow.

When it comes to his court appearances, former President Jacob Zuma’s life appears to be consistent. Jacob Zuma has appeared in court nearly every week since the beginning of this year.

It has now been announced by his foundation, the Jacob Zuma Foundation, that the former president is expected to appear at the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Thursday, 02 February. “The Private Prosecutor, H.E President Zuma will be on duty in PMB HC on Thursday, 2nd February 2023.

In the dock will be Accused No1, Adv Downer SC and Accused No2 Karyn Maughan. The preceding judge will be in Red Robes because this case is a criminal matter.” The foundation announced on Monday.

The foundation is continuously emphasizing and hyping on the issue of Red Robes to indicate that their case is a criminal matter. This makes it to look like their aim is just to get the accused some criminal charges. However, what remains important is that the judges might rule that the accused are not guilty?

What is more concerning is Jacob Zuma having some health related complications when it is time to face his charges. His supporters also have a tendency of attacking the courts and claiming that, the judiciary is captured, when things do not go into their favor.
