On Saturday, a final farewell for Mampintsha’s mother Zamanguni Gumede, often known as MaGumede, will be held in L Hall KwaMashu, Durban. Just weeks after her son passed away after having a small stroke, MaGumede passed away on January 15 in the evening after being hospitalized.

Rumor has it that Babes won’t have a chance to say goodbye to her mother-in-law. She allegedly faces a face-covering prohibition from her in-laws for the funeral service. A day after Mampintsha’s funeral, Babes was spotted playing at a bar. She was dancing and drinking at the time. And this didn’t sit well with her mother-in-law at all.

Now, MaGumede’s daughter Pinky Gumede is partly blaming Babes for her public behaviour following Mampintsha’s burial that allegedly aggravated her mother’s poor health. Pinky, alleged that Babes never visited her mother while she was in hospital.
