Cyril Ramaphosa, the president of the Republic of South Africa, is now empowered by international law to arrest Vladimir Putin only if he ever lands in the Republic of South Africa. Putin can allegedly visit China now because he is barred from visiting the other BRICS countries.

Many South Africans, however, believe that this is impossible because South Africa’s legal system is flawed. The Russian president is feared by many people because they know he is a man of his word, which means he does exactly what he says without hesitation.

The South African President has not yet responded to this issue as of now and could possibly be waiting to hear what others have said in relation to this whole SAGA because it is not easy just to act and respond.
