Shauwn Mkhize has taken to Instagram to tell us how proud she is of her son Andile Mpisane as he was spotted on Times Square’s billboard in New York, and she couldn’t be more excited.

Earlier this month, Andile was said to be performing on the same stage with Rick Ross, 2 Chianz, Gucci Mane, and other stars at the Legend of the Streets tour.

However, he is the first South African musician to open at this event.

Well, he has made it up to the biggest billboard and Shauwn is very excited to let her know.

She said: “Oh my gosh guess whose son is on TIME SQUARE billboard IN NEW YORK CITY ….. on my way to take a close up for you  I GUESS NEW YORK WAS NEVER READY ”
