Nomthandazo Nkwanyana, an entrepreneur and social media influencer, recently became well-known on Facebook after sharing a startling tale about a woman who she claims duped her out of R10,000. It appears that Nomthandazo has reported Miss Jonase to the police, and they have been looking for her since November of the previous year. These two women once worked together as partners in a stokvel and saved 10,000 rands each month.

A stokvel is a special kind of credit union in which a group of people make a pact to contribute a predetermined sum of money each week to a communal fund.
