People believed that Pearl Thusi had no business remaining friends with the late rapper AKA after AKA broke up with DJ Zinhle. She continued to be friends with him despite their differences, demonstrating that they weren’t at odds.

Pearl has taken to her Instagram page to mourn AKA and wrote a message about him. “I won’t lie, he would always apologize after he messed up. And he did not say it unless he meant it”, wrote Pearl.

Now we all know that there was a little bit of a misunderstanding between Thando Thabethe and AKA, and AKA went on to publicly apologize for the misunderstanding. This further goes to show that the misunderstanding between the two was not something personal, or that serious.
