Ntsiki Mazwai has publicly rallied behind the woman who accused DJ Fresh of rape, as she believes that he has got away from similar accusations in the past.
Ntsiki Mazwai took to Twitter on Tuesday, 2 February 2021, to express her feelings about DJ Fresh, whom she accused of rape in early 2020. After a short legal battle, Ntsiki was advised to stop speaking on the matter on her social media platforms. However, the controversial media personality has made her opinion of him very clear.
In early January 2021, a Twitter user claimed that DJ Fresh and Euphonik had drugged and raped her and three other women at a party. Whilst the DJs refuted all the allegations levelled against them, they ultimately decided to step away from public engagements until their names were cleared.
As someone who previously made similar accusations against DJ Fresh, Ntsiki took it upon herself to share her thoughts on the matter, as she pointed out that the woman is now being criticized as she was.
She stated, “First, women get raped by men… Then they get victimized by [the] justice system. Well done South Africa, no wonder you’re a rapist capital.”
Previously, on Sunday, 31 January 2021, Ntsiki responded to a tweet from DJ Fresh’s accuser, Nampree, stating, “Speaking up was the most powerful thing you have probably ever done… You will be vindicated. History will remember your name, sisi. Your story is as clear as day. It’s unfolding for all to see in the light. Be patient and be strong. The truth always reveals itself.”
