An RET force, whose spokeswoman, Mzwanele Manyi, is well known for defending previous president Jacob Zuma, has expressed worries about our South African Police and Soldiers. Manyi claimed that he had an issue with obese soldiers and police officers because they are unfit to carry out their duties. He even advised that until they were once again capable of carrying out their tasks, they should be removed from the military and returned to camp.

“I just have a serious problem lying, and being politically correct. So, let me just say it as I see it. I have a very serious problem with some of our fat and unfit Soldiers and Police in South Africa. They should be withdrawn, and taken back to camp until they are physically fit for duty.” Manyi said.

He also shared pictures, which might not be current, but of our South African police and soldiers with big stomachs. By just looking at the pictures, you can even wonder if those officers are able to run.For the first time in a while, most people turned to agree with Manyi on what he said. Some even said that, the ATM leader is 100% correct on what he said. “Give them 3 months to lose the weight or lose their jobs. That’s what they did in either Indonesia or the Philippines.” One user said to Manyi.

Peace Moloi suggested that, the officers should be made to run certain kilometres as part of training. “That’s very true, I think training or running a certain number of Kms should apply. Most of our police officers can’t even run.” Moloi said.
