Madikizela-Mandela is accused by Mandela of having an affair with a new colleague, Dali Mpofu, and of trying to divorce her.

3. Nompumelelo Ntuli Zuma:

Former South African First Lady Nompmeleo Ntuli Zuma is the second polygamous wife of former South African President Jacob Zuma.
