South African security agency arrested four Nigerian males on 14 Dec. 2021, after being found in a CAT laboratory where they manufacture hard drugs they distribute in the country.
The concerted effort by the government of South Africa to phase out illegal drugs and hard drugs in the country is gradually paying off as the country is making it very difficult for drug dealers to thrive in the country.
This is quite evident in the manner in which criminals are being clamped down on daily basis across different cities.
The incident happened in CAT laboratory situated in Benoni where they were all arrested with hard drugs with an estimated street value of R3 million was confiscated, including a Nissan Almera and a Nissan NP.
This was contained in a report made available to the public by Mazibuko via Twitter and it reads:
“Four Nigerian males arrested on 14 Dec. 2021, after being found in a CAT laboratory in Benoni.
Two vehicles, a Nissan Almera and a NissanNP 200 were also seized. Total value of the drugs is approximately R3 million.”
