A Zimbabwean international Terrence Dzvukamanja and Vincent Pule came to the rescue for Orlando Pirates and helped the Soweto giants collect the maximum points on Saturday . The two stars’ late strikes were enough to help Orlando Pirates defeat Golden Arrows in a match that was played on Saturday afternoon . It had looked as if Golden Arrows would steal a point in the match after Velemseni Ndwandwe had equalised in the 68th minute .

The game continued until Dzvukamanja and Pule found the back of the net in the referee’s optional time , to help the Soweto giants collect the maximum points .The win came at the right time for Orlando Pirates , which took them to fifth on the log . This means that they are 18 points behind the defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns .Saleng had opened the scoring for Orlando Pirates , before his goal was cancelled in the 68th minute.
