Floyd Shivambu is a South African politician and author. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) parliamentary group. You may also recognize him as a member of the Pan African Parliament, where he serves on the Rural Economy, Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Environment Committee.-

The party was founded by Julius Malema and his allies, Floyd Shivambu and Kenny Kunene, after they were kicked out of the African National Congress (ANC). Floyd was born to a seven-member family in the Limpopo region’s small rural village of Mahonisi. He was forced to grow up in a house without running water or electricity because of the poverty that ran in his family at the time. Elias Shivambu’s parents made their living by selling duvets and pillowcases they made.

Following that, he attended the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, where he majored in technology at first. At the end of his education, he switched majors and earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Studies and International Relations.In 2014, he received honors for his master’s degree in political studies. In 2018, he announced his acceptance to the Wits School of Governance to pursue a doctorate. His proposal concerns South Africa’s change arrangements, regulation, and practices: control over JSE-listed companies.

-Career:

While he was still attending the University of the Witwatersrand, Floyd got his start in politics. In his third year there, he was appointed president of the student representative body. Around the same time, he also joined the ANC Youth League. He has held a number of political positions since then. Blogging, which he started in 2005, is the primary focus of his writing career. He had previously held the position of director of a company that produced the LOOCHA magazine. -Floyd Shivambu family:

The legislator is hitched to Siphesihle Pezi-Shivambu, his ANC darling, starting around 2017. In a private, customary ceremony, the couple tied the knot in the Limpopo village of Mahosini, outside of Malamulele. Photographs could not be taken by wedding guests to Floyd Shivambu. Katekani Shivambu is the name of Floyd Shivambu’s child.

Floyd owns a luxurious Pine Avon complex apartment. Floyd Shivambu automobiles reflect his appreciation for opulence as well. Although he has stated that he recently sold the Beamer, he drives a high-end Range Rover Sport and a BMW 7 series.
