Dumisani and Nthati have been in the acting industry for some time and maintained their fame with several roles that they have taken on. The prowess they showed in their craft over the years has earned them positions as some of the best veteran actors in the industry. 

Dumisani Mbebe and Nthati Mosheshi take lead roles in a new series to start soon.

Nthati and Dumisani will be taking on lead roles in a drama series that is yet to be announced. The series is going to be produced by Quizzical Pictures for Netflix. The series, which is only beginning its productions, will start streaming later this year.

Dumisani Mbebe has been in the acting industry since 1994 when he landed a role in ER. He has been famous for his roles in some of the most renowned drama series in Mzansi, like Generations: The Legacy, where he played Dumisani. After being fired from the SABC 1 soapie, the actor went on to land roles in other series. The drama series include Soul City, Inkaba, Divers Down, and many others.

Dumisani is known for the roles he has been playing in recent years. The famous actor is known for his looks and beard among the ladies. He has been in Vutha, where he took on the role of Mzwakhe Masilela, CEO at the hospital, and was in trouble with a loan shark for the debts he would have taken. He landed his role on Isono soon after Vutha, where he played Siviwe Mabongo, a protective father who wants the best for his son. After that, he played a criminal in human trafficking in the Mzansi Magic series Mzali wami.

Nthati Mosheshi is a well-known face in the industry, as she has been part of the cast of Scandal for several years. She is an award-winning actress with prestigious roles in soapies. These dramas include Saint and Sinners, Home affairs, Human Cargo, to mention a few. The actress has been open about her struggles, including going for almost a year without landing any roles. In 2018, she faced a sabbatical unwillingly after spending eight months with no work.

After struggling, the actress landed a job in the drama Lockdown, where she played a ruthless cult leader, Masabatha. After that, she had the famous role of Mother Mary in Isono, where she played a greedy yet generous woman. Her character was a community leader who went to church but was laced with darkness.
