Muthi bottles, people’s underwear, wrist watches, knives (okapi), bras, slaughtered chickens & other scary stuff were found on different sites after Diepsloot residents went on a rampage destroying and burning church structures belonging to Zimbabwean nationals
According to Diepsloot Residents Masowe church is also part of the problem within the community, more than 4 structures of the church from different places in Diepsloot were Set alight today.
Residents were marching to the Diepsloot police station to hand over a memorandum demanding protection . They say they have been the victims of serious crimes committed in their township including murder, rape and armed robbery.
It’s not fair to blame foreigners on every evil that happens in South Africa. In the first place nobody has proof or know for real that these items belong to foreign churches especially the white garment church. Anybody could have left these items, someone who was practicing witchcraft, someone who was busy worshiping ancestors. Anyone can be blamed for this, but it is very much unfortunate that foreigners always have to pay a price.
So may the lord help us to take responsibility for certain actions properly. There are so many people that are doing different kind of rituals in South Africa, dark rituals for that matter. It is not always foreign churches, so it was not fair for the residents of Diepsloot to go and burn down this church. It is a clear agenda that is pushed by xenophobia nothing else.
