While many are waiting for the 19th of January [2023] to arrive to see his excellency, Mr President Cyril Ramaphosa, in court, the World Economic Forum (WEF) may be his Las hiding place.Yesterday, the WEF revealed that Mr Ramaphosa will be attending its annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, from the 16th to the 20th of this month.

While many are waiting for the 19th to arrive with red eyes to see him appear in court to stand before the court on the Zuma issues.The former President, Mr Jacob Zuma is going after Downer and Maughan for allegedly leaking his confidential medical information during his arms deal trial. Where he, Cyril Ramaphosa, is fighting his private prosecution after being listed in the matter involving state advocate Billy Downer and journalist Karyn Maughan as an accessory after the fact by Zuma.

President Ramaphosa wants to be removed from the accused in Zuma’s legal bid, the former president has opposed this, and the urgent application is set to be heard in the Johannesburg High Court on Thursday.The matter will be resolved before a full bench, physically, this coming Thursday, where it’s outcome may determine whether Cyril will see his days in court.

With the World Economic Forum known for its involvement in global influence, many people thinks that he may not appear in any court. Some people already see Mr Ramaphosa as a puppet for WEF, as the forum is run by the same faces that made our lives a living hell during the hard lockdowns.This may be his gate to escape accountability as he is not a person who dances to his music. With the law on his side, well, it is very hard to assume that he will be appearing before the judge, he may dodge a bullet.
