The fact that Cyril Ramaphosa reappointed Dlamini Zuma as a member of his new cabinet truly shocked and astounded a lot of people. We are all aware of what transpired during the Phala-phala scandal and how Dlamini Zuma voted against the ANC’s attempt to keep Cyril in office as both the party’s and the country’s president. Some have speculated that she will be removed from the cabinet this time around because of their bitter conflict at the time.
