Despite the second wave of Covid -19 and the warning from the South Africa government, the citizens have defiled the rules and directives on social distancing.

A video circulating online shows where the President Ramaphosa, while addressing  the citizens via TV  whereas South Africans were in the club dancing and drinking  amidst COVID -19.
