Early Tuesday morning, Netcare 911 responded to a house fire at a residence in Bellville Cape Town. On arrival, the fire and rescue services were already in attendance, fighting the fire.

Sadly, while rescuers were dousing the flames, firemen found one person, an elderly female deceased.

Another occupant of the house, an adult female had sustained minor burns and declined ambulance transportation to hospital.
