Breaking: Pirates appoint Ncikazi as a member of the club technical team

Orlando Pirates happy to announce Mandla Ncikazi appointment in the club’s technical team.

The Buccaneers announced Ncikazi’s appointment on Friday after he left Golden Arrows last week Sunday.

“Orlando Pirates Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Mandla Ncikazi. The 52-year old joins the Bucs technical team department on a three year deal,” reads a statement on the club’s website.

Pirates did not clarify Ncikazi’s role but it seems he joins the club as an assistant coach.

“I am pleased to be here and look forward to getting started,” said the coach, who lead Arrows into fourth place in the DStv Premiership last season.

Orlando Pirates technical team and players are scheduled to start pre-season on 1 July.
