The case against Fees Must Fall activist Bonginkosi Khanyile has been postponed to 8 February 2022.

Khanyile appeared at the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Friday after he failed to appear earlier this week.

He has provided a medical certificate which was accepted by the cour.

Khanyile is charged with five counts of inciting public violence and holding an illegal gathering in connection with the July unrest.
