The Daily Sun has delivered some good news for the motorists . This was after it was highlighted that there was an expectation for fuel price reductions in 2023 . Both grades of diesel , petrol , and illuminating paraffin prices are expected to decrease in 2023 according to the update that was issued by Automobile Association .

It was informed by Automobile the the deceases were expected to be effected next Wednesday , on the 4th of January 2023 when there is an official adjustment for the month of January . Information at hand highlighted that both grades of petrol were expected to decrease by up to R1.85 per litre .

Diesel on the other hand is expected to decrease by between R2.47 per litre , and R2.59 per litre . As for the illuminating paraffin , there is en expectation for the price to decrease by up to R1.93 per litre . Automobile Association informed that the the reductions were good news for motorists and that they signaled a good start to the 2023 .
