Mandy Hlongwane has opened a case of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm against SK Khoza last weekend.
In what appears to be a case of life imitating art, Khoza – who plays the role of bad boy Shaka Khoza on Mzansi Magic drama The Queen – cannot shed his on-screen image.
This is the second time he has been in trouble with the law this year (though on separate matters) and his third court case since featuring on a prime-time TV show.
SK Khoza allegedly physically assault Mandy after she questioned him about impregnating another woman while they were planning their wedding.
The incident allegedly took place at the couple’s apartment in Fourways, last Friday.
SK Khoza is said to have broken the furniture and Mandy has suffered bruises on her face as a result of the attack.
