The City of Johannesburg (CoJ) Transport Department has an internship available for up to 18 months.

Position: Customer Care Agent Intern
Salary: R9,531.54 per month (Basic Salary, no benefits)
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) plus a Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or Business Administration (NQF Level 6).
- Only residents of Johannesburg will be considered.

- Provide customers with precise information about the company’s products and services, and keep detailed records of interactions.
- Deliver high-quality and professional responses to queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints according to standard operating procedures.
- Foster and enhance customer relationships to boost loyalty and internal communication, ultimately increasing profitability.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively as per policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of customer care activities.
