The news of the tragic murder of AKA, better known by his stage name Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, a legendary South African hip hop artist, writer, and producer, has left the entire nation in shock and utter devastation. AKA was reportedly killed alongside Tibz, a close friend and former manager, in cold blood.

A lot of AKA’s friends, fans and colleagues in the music industry have flooded social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook with messages of condolences, and the official Twitter account of Premier Soccer League (PSL) club Kaizer Chiefs have also posted a message on Twitter this afternoon (Saturday 11 February) to pay tribute.
