The most recent Head of House test turned out to be yet another challenging series of games. In the end, the Royals were given the opportunity to rule. They can now relax in the luxury of the HoH bedroom and enjoy the pleasures there. There were several rounds to the games. The choice of who would participate in the challenge in their teams was made by the housemates themselves. Each teammate was expected to participate in at least one of the games.

Excelling well in a round automatically qualified the housemates for the next round. Yvonne was disqualified at the start of the game after not listening to instructions. After a challenging first round, Marvin, Juicy Jay, Blaqboi, and Tsatsii were the lucky housemates who made it to the second round, while the rest of the housemates were disqualified. Maya and the Royals made it to finals as the two top-performing teams. Ultimately, it was Tsatsii who raised the flag for the Royals. The rest of the housemates were disappointed about their loss and now await nominations
