South African rapper turned Amapiano musician Tumelo Mzwakhe Zwane is better known by his stage name Sir Trill. Sir Trill has a reputation for writing upbeat tunes and having incredible voice.
Sir Trill has been in a number of the biggest Amapiano hits in recent years, including MacG’s song “Nkantin,” which has amassed over a million views on YouTube. It should be obvious that Sir Trill has made a sizable amount of money given the number of popular songs he has produced over the years.
It seems that Sir Trill claims that in all the hit songs that he has been in, he has not been paid what is due to him. A lot of people probably thought that Sir Trill was making quite a lot of money, as it seems most of the songs he has been in are hit songs, so most people expected him to be getting a lot of revenue from those songs.
People in the comments had so many questions, and some good pieces of advice for him. Some people were saying that he should get on a podcast to try and expose all the artists that he worked with that did not pay him. One person even advised Sir Trill to get a good manager moving forward.
Well, it’s safe to assume that Sir Trill was probably talking about his current record label or the producer that he has been working with.
