Pictures of Zandile Mshololo among Jacob Zuma’s legal team were circulated during today’s court proceedings at the Johannesburg High Court, when the former president testified as a private prosecutor in his case against President Cyril Ramaphosa. This caught most South Africans off guard because it wasn’t what they were expecting. Advocate Dali Mpofu is accustomed to representing Jacob Zuma in front of South Africans. As people responded to Mshololo’s membership on Zuma’s legal team, her name appeared on social media trends.
