Meet Paul Makauta, Zimbabwean man who broke court’s windows with hammer

A 36-year-old suspect who was arrested for allegedly breaking the windows of the Constitutional Court with a hammer appeared in the Hillbrow Magistrate’s Court in Johannesburg this morning. Paul Makauta might not apply for bail as he is out on parole following an arrest for murder years back. He set to remain in custody until 25 March 2022.

Many people are wondering why the suspect was even released in the very first place because he is a cold-blooded murderer, and he does not deserve to be out there with normal people. Our justice system is very weak, and it is very nice, and in many ways that is why criminals are just doing as they please. That is why community members choose to take the law into their hands because the government is failing to do something simple, which is just introducing the death penalty.
