While Fowler’s cause of death was not confirmed, the social media star – also known as TJ – had been battling autoimmune enteropathy since birth.

The autoimmune disease is a condition that inhibits the body’s ability to absorb nutrition, and can lead to poor weight gain and growth issues.

GoFundMe for Fowler explained that he had been ‘hospitalised a countless number of times’ and had undergone 25 surgeries in the first four years of his life.

This year, Fowler spent four and a half months in hospital and recently underwent treatment to regain his muscle mass after suffering a lung collapse and pneumonia.

Fowler became a star on social media and YouTube over the past two years thanks to clips his mum shared online, particularly a clip of him asking: ‘Where we ‘bout to eat at?’ and sliding down in his car seat which was posted in 2019
