The unceasing heavy rain from Eloise tropical Cyclone is changing villages of Limpopo and Mpumalanga into swimming pools. Cars are dancing in the water. And people are not moving out with their cars. The weather has shifted from being warm to cold.
Today people are wearing warm clothes because Eloise has dropped the usual high temperature of Limpopo and Mpumalanga below moderate levels. The sky is dark with clouds full of water and ice. The collision of the big clouds in the air never cease to give thunderstorms and lightning.
Rain is keeping on coming down heavily over and over again. Winds never cease to blow sideways. Rivers and streams are getting to top levels. Landfall in other areas has resulted into big trees falling in the main roads. Workers had to do some means to reach to their working places.
Business is not as usual many people are not going to town. Eloise has 3 days in South Africa and is keeping on threatening the people with floods. The Disaster Management teams is on the look of the disasters that might emerge from Eloise Tropical Cyclone.
Their plan is focusing on emergencies of rescue and temporary shelters for people who might have a need. However building structures destroyed by the storm will take a long period of time.
